We have a variety of rooms from our teeny tiny singles to our extra large suites which have some remarkable views of Brighton. Whatever your budget, whatever you are looking fo,r you can find something just right for you.
Child/Extra Bed Policy: If you are a family traveling with children under 12 please contact us by phone. No unaccompanied children under 18. Please note: we do not supply cots or extra beds. All children 12+ need a separate room.

Just looking for a basic room for the night? If you think small is beautiful then our 'Tiny Single' might be just what you are looking for. These rooms are very very small, probably some of the smallest rooms you have seen but we've got the basics covered. Your own shower room and toilet, a little hanging space and one of our lovely 3ft single beds. Just enough for one on a very tight budget. (Direct Booker Exclusive)
Our Standard Single rooms offer partial/oblique sea views from a side aspect, a few also have bay windows Rooms offer plenty of hanging space/wardrobe, compact shower room, a chair/stool and tea cofee making facilities. Accessible room available on request.
Our larger Superior single rooms offer sea views from a side aspect, all have bay windows. Rooms feature large en suite showers, laptop desk/table and wardrobe/hanging space. At least two well placed USB sockets, 30"-32" flat screen TV, Anglepoise lighting and luxury toiletries.
Our Dinky Double rooms are a little smaller than our Cosy rooms, they still offer plenty of hanging space/wardrobe and compact shower room. All have a side aspect, sometimes with a glimpse of the English Channel. We'd recommend these room for budget conscious travellers who are happy with a small space, in exchange for the fantastic value these rooms offer, great for one or even two. (Direct Booker Exclusive)
Our Cosy Double rooms are a little too small to be Standard Doubles. They still offer plenty of hanging space/wardrobe and compact shower room. All have a sea view overlooking the English Channel. We'd recommend these room for budget conscious travellers who are happy with a small space, in exchange for the fantastic value and great views these rooms offer; great for one or cosy for two.
Our Standard Double rooms offer good facilities, with plenty of hanging space/wardrobe, shower room, work space/chair, 32" TV and at least two well placed USB ports. Many of these inland facing or side rooms offer views of the street or across the quirky rooftops of Brighton and at least two well placed USB ports.
Our Sea View Double rooms offer good facilities, with plenty of hanging space/wardrobe, shower room, work space/chair, 32" TV and at least two well placed USB ports. Bay windows offer fantastic sea views, desk/workspace or seating area with glorious views overlooking the English Channel, at least two well placed USB ports.
New to Legends, we are busy converting some of our top floor doubles into this new format. The Mini Loft in the eves of the hotel benefits from higher ceilings and both direct & side sea views. It's a luxury room in all but the price tag. With a king bed raised a little to offer a wonderful immerse view of Brighton. Plenty of hanging space, shower room with new 1000 wide rainfall shower, 32" TV, DAB Bluetooth radio, double desk and 2 seats. Don't forget those amazing views along Brighton seafront to the pier and beyond.
Our lovely 'Superior Double' rooms offer the facilities you would expect at Legends in a larger space. A step up from our Standards, Superior rooms are side aspect and offer more space with wardrobe, shower room, desk/workspace, seating area and luxury toiletries. They feature Anglepoise lighting, upgraded entertainment including 32" TV and at least two well placed USB sockets.
Our lovely Loft rooms offer many of the facilities you would expect in a 4 star room. A large luxurious space; each loft is individual, this one offers an inland aspect overlooking the quirky rooftops of Brighton. Situated on the fourth floor and at the end of a corridor; our Lofts offer a quieter retreat, perfect if you want to get away from it all. Room includes bespoke furniture, wardrobe, desk with chair, seating area, fridge and 32" TV, iPod dock, luxury toiletries and at least two well placed USB ports.

Our lovely Luxury Junior Suites offer many of the facilities you would expect at 4 star hotel in a large space. All suites offer glorious panoramic sea views through two large bay windows. Suites have both bath and separate shower, so you are spoilt for choice and facilities. Includes bespoke furniture, wardrobe, desk/chair, fridge and 43" 4k TV, iPod dock and luxury toiletries and at least two well placed USB ports.
